Natural Healing Program

Nadi Vaidyam:

The Path to Wellbeing

Nadi Vaidyam is a yogic program designed to purify and clean the mental, physical and energetic pathways in the body. It is a total health program applied internally and externally to remove toxicity and blockages from the subtle and physical channels of the body. Through internal purification, we can reach an elevated state of health that allows the body to prevent and heal disease.

All life forms are composed of consciousness (awareness), energy (life force) and matter (elements). To reach ultimate health and wellbeing, one must address these three components of life. When one of them is out of balance, it will affect the others. By releasing mental, energetic and physical toxicity and blockage, you will reverse the state of disease and experience a vital and healthy life.

Everything we do, feel or think comes first from the mind. Our thoughts will rule our state of being before any physical manifestation is perceived. It is known in the medical realm that 60% of our wellbeing comes from our state of mind, and just 40% is from our physical condition. Therefore, it is our mindset that will actually govern our life as a whole, especially our health. The release of mental tension, expansion of awareness and understanding of the purpose of life will bring you to the first—and most essential—level of wellbeing.

To balance and expand our energy, we work with our respiration. This is how we can expand the life force energy that permeates and animates our bodies, known as Prana or Chi. The life force “rides” our breath, and flows through our energetic channels (nadis). We can absorb prana through our lungs and pores and expand it by learning how to put our attention on it. The longer, deeper and fuller our breath is, the more prana we can absorb, and the more our energy will increase. This is a basic premise for creating a higher functioning, more vibrant physical system.

To balance and expand our senses, we work with our physical bodies. The physical body is composed of five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. They are directly related to our senses and our physiological systems. Depending on how we live our lives and how we treat our bodies, these elements may come out of balance and blockages may form. In a body that is in balance, the life force that maintains the body will automatically address all physiological needs. But when a person has absorbed toxicity from diet, environmental factors, mental and emotional stress, etc., the body must spend considerable energy on eliminating the toxins and blockages, and may have little left to devote to its proper functioning. This is how disease states arise.

Even though each human is different on the outside, our bodies function in the same way.

Through Yogic principle, the goal of Nadi Vaidyam is to help you to restore your vitality, rejuvenate the mind and the body.

To achieve this goal our program utilize the following techniques:
